Terms of service

Nozi connects an AI agent to your Telegram and Instagram. It answers your customers from the information you provide, hands conversations to you when it should, and shows everything in a dashboard. We keep adding features and may change how the service works; we tell you before a change that affects you in an important way.

You log in with your Telegram account, so keep access to it safe: whoever controls it can log in to Nozi. You are responsible for the people you add to your team and for what they do.

• You own the information you give the agent and your conversations with customers. You allow us to use them only to provide the service to you.
• You make sure that information is accurate and that you have the right to use it, including anything taken from your website.
• You tell your customers that an AI assistant may answer them, and you have a lawful basis to process their data.

The agent answers from the facts you approved and hands over what it cannot answer, but AI can still make mistakes. Check what it knows, keep your prices and hours up to date, and look through its conversations. We are not liable for losses caused by an answer based on information you provided that was wrong or out of date.

Do not use Nozi to send spam or unsolicited messages, to deceive or harass people, to sell illegal goods or services, or to break the rules of Telegram, Instagram or the law. We may suspend an account that does, and we tell you why.

Prices are shown on our website. You are not charged anything until you choose a paid plan.

We work to keep Nozi running around the clock, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Telegram and Instagram can also change or limit their services at any time.

You can stop using Nozi and have your data deleted at any time: delete your data. We may end the service for you if you break these terms, with notice where possible.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost sales or profit, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. We try to settle any dispute by talking first; if that fails, it goes to the courts of Tashkent.
