Delete your data

You can have your data deleted at any time. Here is how, and what happens next.
If you have a Nozi account
Write to privacy@nozi.uz with your business name and your Telegram username, and say you want your account deleted. We confirm the request with you on Telegram, then within 30 days we delete your account, your business profile, everything the agent learned, and your customers' conversations.
If you wrote to a business that uses Nozi
Ask the business to delete your conversation, or write to privacy@nozi.uz with the business's name and your Telegram or Instagram username. Within 30 days we delete your messages and details from that business's data and let the business know.
If your Instagram account is connected
If you remove Nozi from the apps connected to your Instagram account, Instagram sends us a request to delete your data, and we delete the Instagram connection, the chats with its customers and the prices and information read from its posts. You can also write to privacy@nozi.uz as described above.
What we may keep
Only what the law requires us to keep, such as payment records, and only for as long as it requires.
