What if a customer asks “is this a bot?”
Nozi writes in your business's name and doesn't announce that it's an AI. If a customer asks directly, it won't lie: it says it's your business's assistant and offers to put them in touch with you.
What if I want to answer myself?
Of course. Each account has one switch, “Nozi” or “Me”. On “Me”, you answer customers yourself and Nozi stays quiet. And on “Nozi”, if you write in an Instagram chat yourself, Nozi goes quiet in that chat.
What if Nozi doesn't know the answer?
It tells the customer it will check and sends you the chat in Telegram. It never invents a price, a date or a promise: every number it gives comes from what you gave it.
Does it answer comments?

Does it replace me or my staff?
